I feel like a walking candy stick. But I do love these colors together. I wore these shoes on purpose, to break up the candy colors I got going on.
And my hair hasn’t been heat styled in few days, like five (sounds like I haven’t been washing it lol). I’ve been letting it air dry…and the hot mess above is what I get.
Happy Tuesday!
p.s. have you liked up to Everybody, Everywhere neon challenge?
cute bubble necklace!www.Tinacious.Me
I think your hair looks beautiful, actually!
Thank you Cate 🙂
I love those colors together, the belt and the necklace really accent it nicely. Your hair looks great air dried! I'm so jealous- I tried to let mine air dry the other day and it was a disaster.
I think this outfit is perfection! especially for spring this year. Rocking it as always lady CarissaExplainsItAll
OMG – your hair is soooo gorgeous – love the side-profile pic – your hair has so much volume and the curls are so pretty! Loving the skirt and leopard shoes as well – amazing as usual 🙂
perfect!!!! love this, the leopard goes so well!xoxo, jillianhttp://just-jillian.blogspot.com
I ADORE these colors together! The shoes were perfect!Mariawww.daintyanddecadent.com
I don't know if I'm totally missing it, but wheres the necklace from?? I seriously really LOVE it! Please tell me it's somewhere I can go and recent :)Amelia @ UGLY DUCKLING xxxCome say hey at Ducklingtoswan.com! 🙂
It's from J.Crew. But eBay has been having exact same dupes for a lot less.
HARDLY a hot mess Lilly! You look very summer ready and I love the pink pencil skirt on you!
Love the outfit, especially the necklace!!By the way, I mentioned your blog on my blog today – hopefully that is ok 🙂 Charityloveleighshopaholicconfessions.blogspot.com
Thank you! I don't mind at all 🙂
I was really excited when you said you'd follow up your pink and mint combo with a work appropriate look so I've been looking forward to this post. And you did not disappoint — you are being pinned immediately. Also, I've got to say that your air dried hair looks SO much better than my air dried hair — my waves are tighter and frizzier. Is there any specific way you keep the curls to the bottom of your head and the hair on top more piecy? Or is that natural — either way, it looks fabulous. Catalina @ City and Burbs
That hair question is my question too! love the top part smoothness with the bottom part curls
I didn't do anything to the top part (bottom part usually curls more than the top for me). Maybe because I used a small pin to pin some hair back it looks more smooth since the pin is pulling the hair slightly. I think the new product I purchased last week 'Fekkai Advanced Luscious Curl Spray' helped with curl definition and frizz. 🙂
I think your hair looks great! Wish I could get mine to do that! I have no natural curl!Ali @ sameshoesdifferentday.blogspot.com
Thank you Ali 🙂 Because I have curls/waves I want straight hair but if I had straight hair I would want curls. That's typical of us women lol
I love love love this look!!! The leopard paired with brights is fabulous. Are those the Mix No.6 Barbie pumps from DSW? I've been looking at those! Have a lovely day, Lilly!XO Ginaclassyeverafter.blogspot.com
Thank you Gina :)The shoes are by Max Studio (but the Barbie pumps sound fun 🙂
Your hair looks great, would love to know how you styled it so your curls and waves are defined.I am trying to style my hair naturally and would love product recommendations.
Thank you! After I washed it, I finger combed it. Then I used the Fekkai Advanced Luscious Curl Wave Activating Spray (long name lol). I just purchased it last week and I think it helped with frizz and curl/wave definition.
Beautiful colour combination!xoxox ~Natasha Fatah~ ~Natasha Fatah~

Lilly – I absolutely love this combo! I recently picked up a thrifted blazer in a similar color to yours and I've been kind of lost as to how to style it. You have definitely inspired me!

I would have never thought to add the leopard pumps to break up those fab colors! I am so not a bright colored girl, but I am slowly trying to add it to my wardrobe. Thanks so much for sharing this OOTD. I will now be brave enough to add a pop of color to my otherwise drab colored fashion, and not feel like they are waaayy unmatched and clash-y! I love being trendy. This color thing is something I have to work on this season! Keep the outfits coming! Love them!www.embellishconsignment.com/blog
You look fabulous…what a great color combo and love the pop of leopard! Roni

Hi Lilly! This is one of the best I have seen you in. You are so awesome and trendy I just love following your blog. I appreciate how much research you put into the alternatives to each piece your wearing each day. Especially if something is older or out of season, it's really nice to see where one can currently pick up something similar. You have really been such a source of inspiration for me 🙂 Thanks!
Thank you Abby! Sweet readers like you is what keeps me blogging 🙂
Hello! I just popped over from EBEW. This is wonderful! Love the pops of color. Gorgeous combo. I went with the leopard shoes as well. So fun. I love the splash of pattern they had to this otherwise color-blocked ensemble. Well done!Best, Whitley Adkins Hamlinwww.thequeencitystyle.com
