I was excited to find these pants at ON the other day, on sale. Their pants usually don't fit me but these did. I was rather surprised how much nice stuff they had, including this chambray shirt dress. I got a few emails asking where to find one. Thought I'd share with the rest of you this great deal.

Happy Friday!

  14. I love everything except the flowered shirt. I feel like I couldn't get away with it not matching as well as you can. Definitely going to Old Navy for those pants. I have a request. I love the shirt dress in the link and have been wanting one but feel like it might be frumpy on me. I think I just don't know how to style and accessorize it. If you get the dress could you show us what you do with it? I need ideas.

    1. I was the same way up until few years ago. Pattern mixing was out of question. But once you try it you're going to love it. Just have fun with your clothes.
I would wear the chambray shirt dress with boots or ankle booties during Spring/Fall and Summer time cute flats or sandals. You can always put a different belt and a necklace to change it up.

  20. Great outfit, I saw those pants at ON but I got the white ones with the cobalt circles instead, but I like how you layered the flower top with it. I saw that top at H&M yesterday on sale for $10! I was soooo close to buying it, might go back for it now hehe.

  21. Hi Lilly, Your pants are gorgeous and I love that you are wearing a floral shirt with it ... I've tried mixing previous no - no prints together, but the most I can do is a striped t-shirt with leopard print shoes. You inspire me though.

I don't care about trends or what so-called "fashion experts" say...THIS DOESN'T MATCH! If you look at this picture a few years from now you will agree.

    1. I too don't care what "fashion experts" say - if I like, I wear it, weather is matches or not. One thing about ones personal style - no matter what you wear there is always going to be someone out there that won't like it. I personally strive to please myself with the things I wear, not the general public :)

  35. I have never been a fan of the ankle pants until recently. I bought two pairs of ankle pants because I loved how they fitted, then fell in love with the length. Lucky how that worked. They look great on you!

Love this look! The top is not loud, so it works great with these pants. Which are amazing btw, can't believe they are from old navy.
