Well I think it's safe to say you're a print mixing master – The polka dots and the leopard work harmoniously together! I love wearing polka dots with stripes – it's simple but surprisingly hard to get just right.xo DeborahCoffee, Prose, and Pretty Clothes

I have always been a big fanatic about your style, but this one I'm just not feeling it, I live in Texas and here at work in my department we have 22 girls they all seen this outfit and completely hate it. It's just to much crap put together it looks really bad, I'm not sure if maybe this is a style in ur state, but really I have loved everything else u have posted. On this one I have to give a negative, I guess I just expect more from you, I like the classy I dont like ridiculous combinations of stuff that do not match at all. Our stylist here agreed that this was the worse one ever. Sorry dont mean to be mean but u always do way better then this this outfit kinda made me mad. its an insult to fashion.
Everyone has different style and what one person LOVES another person might completely dislike! Everyone has their own individual style and that's what makes us all unique. If we all walked around dressed the same… well one word – Boring! The bloggers I follow that live in Texas, yes a different State than I live in, don't walk around dressed like girls in California. Or like girls in NY necessarily (not saying no one in TX does). Even my favorite and best dressed celebrities, bloggers, stylist wear things that I would never wear. Not everyone will like what I wear, nor do I expect people to like it. I'm sure you wear things that people don't like. Who doesn't wear clothes that someone else might dislike?!!I personally wear things I like. Things I feel comfortable and good in. And personally I love this look!Flipping through pages of a number of fashion magazines and seeing their suggestions of 'Print Mixing"…had me wondering "Really?"…a lot more extreme and a little crazy for me. But again, it's all about your own personal style. And saying that this outfit is an insult to fashion…well thanks for the laugh!
You'r completely correct Lilly and like I mentioned I have loved every outfit that you have put together except this one, and of course this doesn't mean anything. This was just my opinion. You always do great and mix matching, I dont follow you just to waste time, no I do it because unlike me u actually have style and you inspire me with good ideas. Your amazing love how make yourself look so nice and how u always come out soo good in your pictures love the hair too. Your very feminine and I love it., thanks for replying its nice to know that you actually care. Anyone else would have just deleted this and been like whatever. That shows a lot about the kind of person you are. Have a great day Lilly and keep staying fabolous.
Thank you, I appreciate that! Some of us express ourselves through the things we wear. We might think it's completely amazing, and to someone else we might look like a clown. But if an outfits makes you happy and puts a smile on your face, makes you feel comfortable and beautiful….ROCK IT! Nothing in life we do will get everyones approval. Fashion is no different. And yes, I do care about my readers. The reason I'm still blogging is thanks to all of my readers that take time out of their day to comment on my blog, wether it is a positive comment or constructive criticism. I don't allow negative, rude comments on my blog and I personally didn't see yours as being that.
I really like this a lot. Quick question – I also have the herringbone vest and got the xs and it is HUGE on me; did you get an xxs? I'm just so confused as I'm always an xs or small and I'm just swimming around in mine, it makes it so much harder to layer when it looks like it's too big.
Thanks 🙂 They do run big. I originally purchased XS (because that's all they had at the outlet even though it was big on me) but ended up ordering XXS after it became available online. Not sure why the vests run big. My pink one from the actual store is also XXS so I guess it's not just an outlet thing.
That makes a lot of sense! Thanks for clarifying!!
