…the review is not short, the boots are…
Since the weather was supposed to be around 50 degrees yesterday, I thought I’ll give these leopard loafers a go. But it did not quite feel like that, it was a bit chilly. Having a pair of short boots in my car turned out to be a great thing…(and a pair of heels, and two scarves haha…) so I switched to booties.

Did you all have a great weekend?
I thought I’d “review” these booties today in case any of you’re interested.
I got them during Cyber Monday.
I’ve been wanting a black pair of booties and feel in love with these. They’re pricey and I couldn’t seem to justify them since I’ve have a pair of flat short booties in brown (if I really needed them I might have invested because they’ll last for years and years).
When I saw these Factory ones online at half off I though I’d give them a try. They’re quite narrow (but they do look especially great with black skinny jeans/skinny pants hehe). I’m in between sizes and I should have sized up. First mistake. Second mistake – not exchanging them for half size bigger. I figured I’ll wear them for a bit and they’ll hopefully stretch.
Did they? A tiny bit. They do fit a lot better than they did the first a couple of times I wore them.
Unfortunately they’re not leather (for what the original price is they should be).
Would I recommend them? Yes, but I’d suggest going up half a size specially if you’d like to be able to wear somewhat thicker socks. Like all other shoes, they might not work out for everyone.
These Frye ones are on sale and are similar to these Factory ones, if you’re on the hunt for a pair, and Frye are better quality of course.
Let me know if you ladies have any other questions about the boots.

I want to know where you got your leopard flats? Thanks!

Love the leopard loafers! Liz @ ShoppingMyCloset.com
Super cute look. I'm glad you did the review as I saw them and considered purchasing but I instead got another pair of booties which turned out to be Madewell boots. I was a bit confused since I purchased on J.Crew Factory's website. Maybe I didn't read the fine print nevertheless I love the boots. 🙂
Madewell boots sound like a better purchase. J.Crew online had some really nice ones, leather, but they sold out quick. Can't wait to see your boots in one of your outfit posts. 🙂
That sweater looks so soft and comfortable! I just want to snuggle on the couch.www.wearitforless.com
