Quick Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Well hello there and happy Friday!

Recently I shared a couple of quick and easy, and most importantly healthy, breakfast options on Instagram.

These are quick and super easy to make. Great way to start your morning right!

Cocoa Chia Breakfast

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp. agave nectar (honey is another option)
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocao powder

Mix ingredients together. Cover and let sit overnight.
Mix in fresh fruit of choice and enjoy!

Berry Bowl

Serves 2

1 cup baby spinach

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 1/2 cups almond milk

Optional:

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 scoop protein powder

1 tbs. light agave nectar (I think berries make it sweet enough)

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with toppings.

Toppings:

Fresh Strawberries

Coconut chips (or flakes)

1 tsp. chia seeds

banana

Breakfast Chia Seed Pudding

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond or coconut milk (which ever one you prefer)

1/2 tbsp. agave nectar

Mix together the above ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Top with some fresh fruit in the morning (here I added some fresh mango and banana).

These are perfect for busy mornings or when you just want to wake up to a pre-made breakfast.

Enjoy!
