Fitting room snapshots

Happy Thursday!

Fitting room snapshots too good not to share. This time of the year is my favorite (isn't it everyones?!).
Let's get to the good stuff....

ANN TAYLOR - 50% off everything w/code FALL50  (ends 10/10)

Poncho XS/S - available also in gray.
Super nice. I'd wear just a plain long sleeve tee underneath.
(booties oldies but goodies - still available in different colors)

The only reason I went to the store is to try on this sweater. Didn't come out with just the sweater (yikes). I got it size small. I didn't want it to be super tight, but it does have a bit stretch to it.  If you want it more fitted get your actual size.
Skirt in size 2  - finally found a nice plain black skirt. It has just the right amount of stretch to it.

Skirt - loved the fabric and color of this skirt. Got it in size 2 (it has a bit stretch to it)

This skirt is perfection for Fall. It comes in 3 colors and it would look amazing with boots, flats, heels...
Skirt in size 2

This sweater jacket should be part of everyone's Fall wardrobe. It is SO SO nice!  I kept asking myself 'how often would you wear it'. The answer was A LOT. So I got it ;)
Sweater Jacket in Small

Gorgeous sleeveless tunic with pretty knit detailing.  I tried size XS but for layering I'd size up.

Sweater - comes in 3 colors.

I got this one in gray even though all colors are really pretty.

This was love at first sight.  The details are beautiful and just the right amount of ruffle.

Dress in size 0  - it look prettier on than I thought it would.
SO cute with booties and boots, but also great for any reason really.

I'm so sad that this dress doesn't come in tall. It's very flattering and even though it's a sweater dress the fabric falls nicely. I would definitely recommend it.

Dress in size 2 (slightly big but great classic little number)

In case you  missed this last week on IG.   Definitely not warm enough for winter (unless your winters are mild), but it's perfect for cooler Fall weather or early winter.   Sleeves are a tad long, but didn't bother me enough to pass it up (I would have gotten it Petite but XS was not available). Just a nice classy coat.

Another gorgeous piece - this cardigan.  My local store only had it in gray (unless I missed it in white).  Definitely a wardrobe must-have.
Cardigan - available also in gray

Dress  - love, love!
The fabric is on the thicker side.  As you can see it looks nice with booties but it would look fab with OTK boots too  (any type of footwear really) Wearing XS

Dress - again, wish it was a tad longer.

Jacket  - so gorgeous and classy!

Sweater - so soft. Love the slit detail on the sleeves.

NORDSTORM  - everything I tried on I really really love, so I won't go into detail for each item.

Utility jacket - super nice!

Sweater in xs- love the lower part of the sleeve, nice detail

I fell in love with this, but it was way too itchy. Definitely requires a long sleeve top. But it's oh-so-pretty!
Wrap coat in xs

Sweater - comes in 4 colors

Poncho - in xs

Sweater - pretty color but not a flattering color on me. BUT LOVE this one even more and it comes in ton of gorgeous colors (didn't see it at the store :/

From the previous post on the blog. It's actually a cowl neck top but it works well off the shoulder too.

This combo...yaaaassss!

Which piece is your favorite?

  1. So. Much. Goodness. Lovin that sweater jacket!!

  3. Definitely the red sweater jacket, the sleeveless turtleneck tunic, the utility jacket and that gorgeous golden sweater are my favs! (And while I agree that the "golden" color wouldn't be my first choice, it definitely looks great on you with your skin tone and hair color - and it's definitely a color that pairs beautifully with burgundy or grey. Great choices!

  4. I love all of these snaps! where did you get your shoes in the nordstrom pictures? They are so cute.

    1. Thank you :). I got them in Croatia back in May.
