…and one outfit I recently wore.
I’ll start with today’s ‘Sunday best’ outfit…
Absolutely in love with the leopard sweater skirt below! Definitely would recommend this skirt if you’re into leopard print. This pleated one is on my wishlist now, perfect for Spring and Summer. Here a few more options:
Skirt – | Pumps – | Super old sweater – great options here and here with gorgeous pearl sleeve detail
And here is the skirt with boots and cashmere turtleneck for colder days (there is also this non-cashmere turtleneck sweater).
I ordered these boots on sale recently and while they fit my skinny calves perfectly, they hit right in the middle of my knee. Awkward. These would be great if you’re 5’8″+ or if you’re 5’4 and under as they would probably be right above your knees. I’m 5’6″ and sad that they’ll have to go back. But for all the skinny calves ladies, give them a try if you’re in the market for a leather pair.
Fitting Room Try-ons (didn’t try on too much…was a tad lazy, but I’ll share at the end of the post some things I have and would recommend).
Also, check out my previous fitting room try-ons.
I’ve developed a love for cowl-neck sweater for this time of the year. I tried on xs below and it was a nice relaxed fit. Runs tts.
See, the cowl-neck comes in quite handy lol
There is also this longer version with flare sleeves
So much leopard available now. Loved it because, while it’s leopard, it’s subtle at the same time because the colors blend so well together (sometimes it can be too harsh). Tried on xs below and it was a tts fit. There is also this turtleneck version which is just as pretty.
Spotted Moc-Neck Sweater
Tried on small below and it’s big. It’s somewhat of a peplum style. This can be flattering when you’re trying to hide your tummy (which is me all the time lol). It’s flattering if you get the right size.
Boatneck Flare Sleeve Sweater
it’s quite roomy and this is a small.
Loved this dress. It’s low cut so it requires a cami underneath or a safety pin to keep the girls from being show to the world. The cheetah print is very subtle. Tried size 2 below which seemed like a good fit.
Cheetah Print Wrap Dress
a tad better look at the dress without the boots and jeans underneath lol
Same skirt as ‘Sunday Best’ outfit.
Tried on small below (but ordered xs in the meantime…which is in the first picture). Glad I got xs as it fits perfectly. Small was too big in the waist. Also, if you have a smaller waist, you could size down.
This blouse didn’t go so well with the skirt, but forgot to grab a more fitted top.
I actually can’t remember what size I tried in this blouse, sorry. But it’s a good, classic blouse with pretty button details on sleeves (clearly I have a thing for buttons on sleeves)
Loved the hem in this sweater skirt but it was on the tight side…and I Tried Small. A tad big
in the waist but super tight on the booty (not modest if that’s what you’re looking for. It accentuates the rear end quite a bit)
I forgot to take a picture of this coat (XS was already sold out in store which is the size I’d need). Small looked a tad too big. I almost didn’t try it on as it just looked so-so but once I tried it on…the color is absolutely beautiful.
Also, this leopard coat 😍😍😍 It is pretty and SOOO soft. I think it will sell out fast (runs tts. I got xs)
These gorgeous gloves (I got them in Medium)
I also have this sweater with the cute sleeve button details (it’s on major sale right now). I got size Small and it’s just barely a relaxed fit. I’d say this one runs small. My usual size, XS, would have been too tight and for this kinda sweater I don’t think it’s a good look.
Let me know if you have any question
