Fitting Room Snapshots

Before I start, these are my slides (which I’ve been wearing non-stop. They only come in full sizes and I sized up.

Basically I want everything from Kaanas.

Ummm…how fabulous is this romper!?!?!!!!  The olive color is beautiful in person and the fabric is fairly soft.   This is probably one of my favorite rompers I’ve tried on this year. Love!

But why do rompers and jumpsuits always give me a slight wedgie?!  This one wasn’t as bad as most though. I’m 5’6″ for reference.

Safari Romper  – also love this one 

Another romper that caught my eye. I tied it up too high. Which is a great option if you have a shorter torso.  Perfect for summer.

Floral Tie Waist Romper in xs

Such a fun jumpsuit. Loved the pockets (pockets make everything better). Tried on my usual size and it was a good fit.
Not seeing it online at the moment but that can change very quickly…

One of my favorite dresses.  It sadly sold out in my size, online and at my local store, but size 2 wasn’t too big.  Obviously not fitted on top but a bit extra room didn’t actually bother me (doesn’t look bad either) so I got size 2 which I’m wearing below.  Obsessed with this dress!
Button Down pocket dress in size 2

This dress was so soft and it just felt nice on. It was a tad short for me (shorter in person) but I’m happy to see it comes in Tall.  Tried on my usual size and it was perfect fit. I might get this one.  It could be a cute everyday dress but also easily dressed up with some fabulous sandals.
Striped Dress in size 0 

Same dress as the one above just not as forgiving because of the color.  It showed imperfections but with smoothing shapewear it would be fine.
Red Dress in size 0 

One of my favorite style of everyday dresses for summer. Sad it’s not lined.  While many say it’s not sheer to me it looked sheer.   Be your own judge.  Size 0 fit ok.
Pocket button down dress in size 0

 I tried on my usual size and there was quite a bit of room. Part of it is probably the style of this dress.   If you don’t have a bigger chest you could size down.
Eyelet Garden Dress in size 0 

Adorable eyelet top but it was a tad boxy. I would size down in this one.

Another Über-cute piece. Looking at it now, I realize I might need this in my closet. So so cute! Cute with jeans, shorts, skirts, dress-pants…pretty much any bottoms.  Tried on my usual size, xs and I liked the fit. It wasn’t too roomy.

Also these jeans...😍 I clearly love them as I’ve tried them on once before. These ran TTS for me. Definitely recommend these. You can cuff them more for a cropped look too.
For affordable jeans LOFT definitely has the best styles.

Loved this cami too. The details are quite nice. Lined.  Tried on xs and it was a good fit.

Crochet Front Cami

Another gorgeous cami!  Perfect to throw on with skirts or shorts on those hot days. Love the pom trim, great detail.

Tried on xs and it was a good relaxed fit. I wouldn’t size down, personally.

Dot Strappy Cami 

Another great top (clearly there were too many nice pieces). It’s lined but lightweight. Still might need a nude bra (I had a light gray one and it was not noticeable).

I liked the key-hole in the front. Just a great basic to have in your closet which can be worn for years to come.   This one came home with me (nicer in person but also check it out on the model. super cute).   There is also this style in black that’s a great closet

Shirred Split Neck Shell top in xs

I liked the details on the sleeves, so pretty. This top felt great on, quite soft. Tried on xs and liked the fit.

I’m not seeing this top or these jeans online yet (pieces tend to be available in stores first).
But in case you see it before me – the top ran big. this was size xs but felt more like a small, specially loose around the bust (doesn’t appear the case in pics but it was).

Embroidered Cami in xs

This sweater 😍 how cute is it?!!!  Love the flower detail. It’s super light weight making it perfect for those chilly Summer days/evenings.  I tried on xs here and the fit was good. If you want it a bit more lose, size up.

Floral Embroidered Sweater

This sweater is the perfect sweater for chilly Summer nights. Or days. It’s a tad boxy…it’s called “slouchy sweater” so it’s fitting.  I loved it.  XS was sold out in store so I got Small, which I’m wearing below. I’m liking it. A lot. It comes with black stripes to but I liked the punch of color.

And these are my jeans which you have probably seen one too many times (no such thing really).

So glad they had this tote in store… so I had a chance to drool over it haha.  It was the only one so I had to grab it and try to justify it as I was trying stuff on…   I have accumulated quite a few straw totes. Even though none of them look like this one (justifying it again lol).  I think it looks a tad bigger in the picture than it really is.  I’d recommend it, especially while on sale.

These shorts looked tiny in XS so I grabbed Small.  I though they were going to be too big but the waist tie kept them in place. Don’t think I would like these in XS…they would be too tight. Really liked these.

Love this light blush top and the cutout details.  Tried on XS and ended up purchasing this top. It’s almost sold out.

Kinda liked the light wash on these jeans and the hem. But I’m loving these more.
Cute top that can be dressed up or down. Size xs was a good fit.

I do like this one a lot better than the one above.  But both are too short for me.   Wish it came in tall.  Size 0 was a good fit otherwise.
