Sharing affordable pieces for spring from Banana Republic Factory, Walmart and Loft. Let me know in the comments below if you have questions about any of the pieces.
I am quite blown away by some of the new arrivals at Walmart. They always have great pieces but this time…there are quite a few. I had some sitting on my cart for a while and finally decided to place a small order. Some of the pieces I had ordered last month and a few from their latest arrivals. The prices are great and they do NOT lack in quality (at least the ones I got). If I saw these pieces on someone I would have never thought they were from Walmart.
If you have been following me for a while you might know jeans are my thing. I love jeans and I don’t mind investing in a great pair. So when I tried these skinny jeans on I was blown away how nice they fit (I am 5’6 for length reference). The description says jeggings but compared to other jeggings I have encountered I find these to be just a true skinny jeans with tad thinner denim (comparable to a pair of skinny jeans I have that are $$). I got size 2 and looking at them I thought there is now way I will fit in these. But they have nice amount of stretch to them and they fit just fine (I’m 26 in jeans usually).
I saw this sweater on Jess and it immediately reminded me of my Sezane sweater. Obviously, the quality is different and so is the price but this Walmart one is pretty great for only being $17. I sized up to a small and I’m glad I did. I don’t think I would have liked the fit of xs on me (I like my sweaters a tad more relaxed for the most part).
Stripe Button Sweater in small | Skinny Jeans | Flats tts – love these options here
You might have seen this combo earlier this month on my reels. This timeless cardigan is part of a set…it comes with a midi dress. Wide leg jeans | Stripe Cardigan (sold as a set w/stripe dress) | Flats – great alternative in more sizes
Another outfit I shared on reels (yesterday actually). This eyelet top is so pretty and feminine and only $25. The fit is quite roomy …you can size down. The skinny jeans were another great find, also only $25. Eyelet Top in xs | Dark Wash Skinny Jeans tts | Heels old – great option (almost sold out), another great option
I ordered this cute double breasted gingham blazer in xs. It is so nice and seems well made and only $45. Reminds me of something I’d find at Zara. It runs a tad small in the shoulders. It is fine if I don’t raise my arms forward but I don’t like the constricted feeling. I think I would be come comfortable in small. Gingham Blazer | Skinny Jeans | Black cami (old) – similar – great basic to have | Flats – similar in more sizes
These wide leg jeans are a steal! They come in multiple washes. While they do fit, I find the waist to run small. I’d say they’re true to size if you have a small waist, otherwise you might want to size up. Stripe Tee in Small | Wide Leg Jeans | Leather Soludos Sneakers tts
More pretty pieces from Walmart:
Banana Republic Factory – everything is on sale + extra 20% off for a limited time.
This satin skirt is so pretty (available in 5 colors). It drapes nicely and it can be dressed down with a tank or tee and nice white sneakers. I got the square neck sweater in small but for this style xs would have been a better fit, will have to exchange. it comes in 6 colors. Satin Skirt in size 2 | Square neck sweater in small | Pumps
LOFT – let me know if you have any questions on any pieces since I’m just linking these and not going much into each piece.
I know I stand on my toes and have in my fitting room snapshots for years. In this case I tried to have as less of my foot on the gross carpet as possible since I only had my boots and didn’t want to wear those with pieces I wouldn’t style them outside of the fitting room.
Stripe Cardigan in Small
Cardigan in xs – not worth the full price though. On a good sale – sure.
These green trousers are even nicer in person. Great color for spring. Green trousers in size 2 – belt is removable as seen below | Tee in xs – one of my faves, I have in in three colors. great for layering
